One team, full hardware lifecycle.

The engineering team that designs and supports NemoScout and NemoWX is also available for outside customer projects. Our work typically begins with a working prototype on the bench within weeks, refined through tight iteration, and delivered as a fully transferred design package.

01 — Electrical

Schematic and PCB design

Mixed-signal boards, low-power embedded designs, RF front-ends, and sensor interfacing. Multi-layer layout with EMC-aware routing and design-for-manufacture from the start.

02 — Firmware

Embedded software

Bare-metal and RTOS firmware in C and C++. Real-time signal processing, sensor fusion, mesh networking, and over-the-air update systems, validated against actual hardware.

03 — RF and networking

Wireless systems

Sub-GHz ISM, 2.4 GHz, GNSS reception, antenna selection and tuning. Mesh protocol design, including the proprietary nemoMESH stack used in NemoScout. Field-validated range budgets.

04 — Mechanical

Packaging and enclosures

Plastic and metal enclosures, mounting systems, environmental sealing, and thermal management. Designed to operate reliably in the deployment environment, indoors or outdoors.

05 — Certification

Compliance support

FCC and Industry Canada certification experience for our own products, with end-to-end support available — pre-scan, lab work, technical documentation, and submission.

06 — Integration

System-level integration

Most projects require new hardware to interoperate with existing infrastructure, EFB applications, vehicles, or sensors. NewAce delivers the full integration, not just a board.

How we work with customers.

We prioritise quick alignment, working hardware, and full ownership transfer at the end of the engagement. Run sizes range from a single prototype to ten thousand units.
